It requires a supported SIP trunk, a 3CX FQDN, and IP phones behind an SBC. It excludes FXO/ISDN, SSH/Web Terminal, PBX failover, and Scriptable IVR.
What do private cloud and on-premise require?
The hosting party manages infrastructure, updates, and backups. On-premise also requires supported Windows or Linux, static IP, split DNS, and correct firewall configuration.
