What are the current 3CX edition names?
The current editions are BASIC, PRO, ENT/AI, and ENT+. The applicable transcription method, SC capacity, provider path, and included usage are confirmed during sizing and in the current quotation.
How is commercial 3CX licensing sized?
Commercial licensing is annual and system-based by simultaneous calls (SC), including calls in progress whether internal or external. Live pricing and quotation determine current configured-user limits and terms.
Which deployment models are available?
Official models are Hosted by 3CX, self-hosted private cloud, and on-premise Windows/Linux. A hybrid architecture can be an ECOLOR design but is not a separate official installation type.
Can any SIP trunk be used?
3CX identifies Preferred and Supported providers plus providers without dedicated guides. Generic/custom trunks require a provider that understands and supports 3CX, and 3CX may not assist with unsupported providers. Hosted by 3CX requires a supported provider.
Is AutoConnect included in a 3CX edition?
AutoConnect is an ECOLOR Technologies solution that integrates with 3CX. It is not a native 3CX edition feature and is licensed separately.

Professional-service scope can include health checks, update planning, incident handling, and reporting. Coverage windows, response objectives, and exclusions apply only when written into an approved agreement.
